In California USA, $1.2 million in medical bills in 12 months was spent, following her Gardasil vaccination.  ONE girls family trying to find out what was wrong.  Doctors are trained that reactions to vaccinations are so rare they will never see a case in their working career so it’s the last thing they test or look for.  An emergency physician in The US found that one of his patients was suffering a reaction to a vaccination.  The childs parents told him that the injection was the only thing different in the child’s life.

He then under took a survey of 600 of his colleagues and asked the simple question.  If they had been trained to recognise a vaccine reaction- NOT ONE replied Yes. 

The Pharma companies have their doctors trained so well that the doctors don’t even look for reactions to vaccinations, not only that doctors actually repeat the safety talks told to them as if it’s fact.

Gardsil has been know to kill out right.  But if the children survive then the damage done by the DNA and genetic mutations render each child’s life completely changed.

A recent report that was completely ignored by the mainstream U.S. media,  found that the Bill Gates funded group, PATH, which participated in HPV vaccine drug trials in India, violated the law resulting in fatalities of young girls during the drug trials. An investigation is ongoing in India.

Gardasil in court: drug’s maker sued

 

A MELBOURNE woman who suffered an auto-immune and neurological attack after being injected with the cervical cancer drug Gardasil is leading a class action against its manufacturer.

And another seven Victorian women who are considering joining the court case against Gardasil manufacturer Merck, say they have suffered anaphylaxis and physical breakdowns as a result of the vaccine.

One attributed her miscarriage in her local supermarket to the injections.

Naomi Snell, 28, said her life was put on hold for more than two years after she lost the ability to walk, battled crippling back and neck pain, and suffered convulsions that started soon after her first injection in July 2008.

“I never attributed it to my vaccine so I went back for my second and third dose,” Ms Snell said.

“My doctors said I was a case for Dr House. They were baffled.

“They did actually diagnose me with Multiple Sclerosis, but have since retracted that and said it was just a neurological reaction to the vaccine.”

It wasn’t until she read an article about a Sydney neurologist uncovering Gardasil as a potential cause of MS-like symptoms in other women that she made a timeline of her deterioration from reports from her doctors and physiotherapist.

The world’s first cancer vaccine, created by former Australian of the Year Professor Ian Frazer, has been hailed as a wonder drug for protecting against 70 per cent of cervical cancers.

Currently in France, Michelle Rivarsey from the Green Party had great concerns about Gardasil, particularly the number of cases of Multiple Sclerosis that were being discovered after vaccination.  In April 2014 Michelle held a press conference with families who were affected along with their attorneys, Plus scientists from France and the University of British Columbia in Canada including Dr Chris Shaw.  The scientists were invited to give short presentations to the politicians present about their concerns about the Vaccine.  In particular relating to the Aluminum content of the vaccine.

There are also court cases in France that are ongoing against the drug companies.

A 15 yr old French teenager Marie-Oceane, has filed a lawsuit against French pharmaceutical company Sanofi Pasteur and France’s health regulators, after adverse reactions to the two injections in Dec 2010 left her blind and paralysed in Feb 2011.

Marie-Oceane’s parents have reported this reaction to the Commission de Conciliation et d’Indemnisation des Accidents Medicaux (CCI) d’Aquitaine (Aquitaine Medical Accident Settlement and Compensation Authority), to establish the cause and effect role of the vaccine.

The conclusions of the panel of experts were received in June 2013.

They stated that there appeared to be a clear link between Marie-Oceane’s serious ailments and the vaccine.

“An in-depth analysis of all the information in the file, which included a wealth of references, confirms that Marie-Oceane B’s neurological disturbances are consistent with iatrogenic post-vaccinal disease.”

In an announcement published on the 18th September 2013, Mr. Patrick Maire, Chair of the Aquitaine CCI, stated that Laboratoire Sanofi Pasteur MSD was responsible.

  The plaintiff’s lawyer, Jean-Christophe Coubris, who is based in Bordeaux, said his now 18-year-old client was 15 when she received two injections of Gardasil, which is made by Merck and sold in Europe by Sanofi.

Coubris has now been approached by a further 32 people to take on their cases.

One of these is a manslaughter case as the young girl in question died in 2010 after receiving the Gardasil vaccine.  This will be the first criminal case tried against the drug.

This story is quite significant for two major reasons. First, you will never read a story like this happening in the United States, because you cannot sue a pharmaceutical company for damages as a result of vaccines in the United States. U.S. law, upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in 2011, gives total immunity to pharmaceutical companies in the U.S. for any damages related to vaccine products.

Secondly, negative news regarding lawsuits or government action against vaccines in countries outside the U.S. are almost never reported in the U.S. media. However this one slipped through the cracks.    Could it be that Sanofi, a French company, does not have the same media lobbyists and influence that American and UK drug firms seem to have.

Mid 2013  hundreds of adverse reactions from the cervical cancer vaccine in Japan caused vaccine injuries and disability in many teenagers courtesy of Cervarix and Gardasil HPV injections. In July, 2013, the Japanese health ministry issued a nationwide notice that cervical cancer vaccinations should no longer be recommended in Japan. Japanese teens who received the vaccines are now in wheelchairs with damage to their brains and spinal cord.

The HPV vaccine is possibly the biggest vaccine hoax in the last century.  Well there was the swine flu and bird flu vaccines too but they weren’t targeted at our children.   HPV vaccines are nothing more than a worldwide exercise in profiteering at the expense of children’s health. Due to the overwhelming amount of side effects associated with the vaccine, health agencies are now encouraging health professionals not to report adverse reactions, a clear indication that something is very wrong.

The number of adverse reactions reported in the UK due to HPV vaccine is 362/100,000 vaccinated whilst all of the other vaccines regularly given to children only have between 2-14/100,000. This vaccine causes 100 times more adverse reactions and most are serious.
