Keys to Killing Cellulite

Cellulite is the result of a few things, toxin build up in the fatty tissues as well as sluggish muscles. GMO foods which are full of pesticides contribute a great deal to the toxin levels in the body. Mostly though its the under developed and slack muscles under the skin of your thighs.

“The word, “cellulite”, was cleverly made-up several decades ago, in a European beauty-spa, to DESCRIBE the bumpy, shadowy and dimpled appearance of skin in the lower body trouble zones of the female body. (butt, hips, thighs, legs)”
The beauty spas then started cashing-in and profiting big-time by marketing “beauty” services and products to get rid of “cellulite”. And if you’re like most women who’ve been challenged by this issue, then you probably already know all of those passive and superficial beauty treatments do not get rid of the dented shadows and mushy dimples on your buns, legs and thighs.”

5 Fast Facts

1: You cannot get rid of the dimples and shadows (cellulite) by rubbing an odd gel, weird lotion or goopy cream on your trouble zones and problem spots.

2:Risky and expensive medi-spa treatments can only reduce your bank account not your cellulite problems. And there are many consumer reports about women being seriously scarred or injured as well.

3: The unattractive dimples, shadows and saggy ripples known as cellulite are not genetic and you are NOT stuck with them forever if you have them.

4: You can get rid of cellulite, regardless of your age or when you began to notice it.

5: The only proven way to permanently get rid of the dimples and shadows of cellulite is through a series of simple, yet specifically targeted lower-body movements

Causes

Little is known about what causes cellulite. It involves fibrous connective cords that tether the skin to the underlying muscle, with the fat lying between. As fat cells accumulate, they push up against the skin, while the long, tough cords pull down. This creates an uneven surface or dimpling.

In addition, hormonal factors play a large role in the development of cellulite, and genetics determine skin structure, skin texture and body type. Other factors, such as weight and muscle tone affect whether you have cellulite, though even very fit people can have it.

Risk factors

Cellulite is much more common in women than in men. In fact, most women develop some cellulite after puberty. This is because women’s fat is typically distributed in the thighs, hips and buttocks — common areas for cellulite. Cellulite is also more common with aging, when the skin loses elasticity.

Weight gain can make cellulite more noticeable, but some lean people have cellulite, as well. It tends to run in families, so genetics might play the biggest role in whether you develop cellulite. An inactive lifestyle also can increase your chances of having cellulite, as can pregnancy.

These muscle-stimulating movements can be done right at home, in total privacy.

The female lower-body has over 90 muscles…Picture those 90 muscles BENEATH your skin’s surface in your legs, butt, hips and thigh zones. That’s where the magic happens in regards to true removal of mushy dimples and saggy shadows in the trouble spots and problem areas…

Despite what most women have been led to believe, there is a critical difference between a ‘general workout program’ – and a laser-focused, cellulite removal method. The sweetest benefit of this is; you don’t need access to a health club or fitness center.”

HELP…

Unfortunately there’s no miracle cure for cellulite, but it’s possible to create a smoother look by consuming foods that aid weight loss and support lean muscle growth, collagen production and skin elasticity.

Drink Plenty Of Water

Sodas and coffee don’t count for the water intake. Drink pure drinking water. Find out how much water you need daily to stay properly hydrated. More will help to flush out more toxins.

Get Your Lymph Moving

Lymph is the fluid in your lymphatic system that carries waste and toxins out of your body. When you drink the juices as below, it helps to melt your fats and toxins get dumped into the “sewage” to be carried out of the body. Drinking water and getting your lymph moving will ensure toxins get eliminated properly.

Read more here about how to drain your lymphatic fluids. One of the best exercises that can easily get rid of cellulite fast, is rebounding exercise. Just by doing this exercise 10-15 minutes three times a week, you will see a noticeable difference within three months.

Perhaps, one of the most important studies on rebounding exercise was the one published in the Journal of Applied Physiology, 1980, by NASA experts. The goal of the paper was to study the distribution of acceleration throughout the body during such exercises like treadmill and trampoline jumping.

The bottom line of the study basically goes like this: although the physical impact you experience during rebounding exercise is greater than when running, it is distributed more symmetrically throughout the body.

During treadmill exercises, most of the pressure is placed on the ankles, while rebounding exercise distributes it evenly among the ankles, back, and forehead, thus minimizing the risk of injuries while still providing a lot of mechanical work!

It’s like getting all the health benefits of usual physical exercise without fearing for the health of your joints and tendons, which is especially important for older people and for those suffering from chronic joint conditions. However, if the latter are severe, it’s still highly recommended to consult a professional before starting rebound exercise.

  • Salt and heavily salted products – water retention in the body, and this, in turn, favours the accumulation of toxins in tissues.
  • Sweets, white bread – accelerates the deposition of fat.
  • Fast food – contain animal fats, which are responsible for the accumulation of body fat.
  • Coffee – promotes fluid retention in the body and the accumulation of toxins  (However in contradiction, if you use bulletproof coffee with grass fed butter and MCT oil you’ll lose weight and detox your body-go figure!)

10 Best ways to detoxify the body to lose weight

While it’s important to note that the human body has its own natural detoxification processes, adopting healthy lifestyle habits can support these processes and promote weight loss. Here are some of the best ways to detoxify your body and support weight loss:
  1. Stay hydrated: Drinking an adequate amount of water helps flush out toxins, supports digestion, and boosts metabolism.
  2. Eat a balanced diet: Focus on consuming whole, nutrient-dense foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Minimize processed foods, sugary snacks, and excessive salt intake.
  3. Increase fiber intake: Fiber-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes aid digestion, promote regular bowel movements, and help eliminate waste and toxins from the body.
  4. Limit alcohol and caffeine: Alcohol and excessive caffeine can strain the liver and hinder its detoxification functions. Limit your consumption and opt for healthier alternatives like herbal teas.
  5. Reduce refined sugar: High intake of refined sugar can contribute to weight gain and inflammation. Opt for natural sweeteners like honey or fruits instead.
  6. Engage in regular physical activity: Exercise helps boost circulation, supports lymphatic system function, and aids in the elimination of toxins through sweating.
  7. Get enough sleep: Sufficient sleep allows your body to rest, repair, and detoxify naturally. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night.
  8. Practice stress management: Chronic stress can impact weight and overall health. Engage in relaxation techniques such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, or yoga to reduce stress levels.
  9. Consider intermittent fasting: Intermittent fasting involves cycling between periods of eating and fasting. It can help regulate metabolism, reduce inflammation, and support weight loss.
  10. Seek professional guidance: If you’re looking for a more structured approach to detoxification and weight loss, consider consulting with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian who can provide personalized advice and guidance.

Remember, it’s important to prioritize overall health and sustainable lifestyle changes rather than relying solely on quick-fix detox methods for weight loss.
