This is a simple, daily grounding ritual to help starseeds who feel caught between dimensions return to embodied clarity.

Step 1: Stand barefoot on the Earth (or place your feet flat on the floor if indoors).
Step 2: Close your eyes and place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly.
Step 3: Breathe in slowly through your nose. As you inhale, say inwardly:
“I am from the stars.”
Step 4: Exhale fully through your mouth. As you exhale, say inwardly:
“I belong to the Earth.”
Step 5: Repeat this breath cycle 3–5 times. On the final breath, say:
“I am the seam between the worlds.”

Feel yourself stretch wide—rooted below, expanded above, present in both.

There are other origins as well—Tau Ceti, Alpha Centauri, Antares, and beings from non-physical dimensions—but these are among the most common groups working through the Earth timeline now.

1. Tau Ceti

Appearance: Tall, humanoid, often with pale-blue or silvery complexions.
Role: Peacekeepers and scientists. Tau Ceti beings are known for their focus on interstellar diplomacy, genetic healing, and ecosystem balance. They often assist starseeds with soul repair and DNA recalibration.

Appearance: Ethereal and elegant, sometimes appearing as golden-skinned or crystalline light forms.
Role: Bridge builders and spiritual architects. They are here to help Earthlings build ascension infrastructure—both energetically (grids, portals) and through inspiration for futuristic, harmonious societies.
